About the course

This program is focuses on how to exercise senior dog safely, while building strong, functional muscles to support ageing joints. As Dog get older, they often lose balance and flexibility, move less and rest more. Over time, this leads to muscle loss, making them even less active. It becomes a quiet cycle that's easy to miss. While daily walks are improtant, they're often not enough to target the specific muscles senior dogs need to support their bodies. This program uses gentle, guideed exercises to help strengthen the muscles, improve stability, and support overall movement so our senior dogs can continue to enjoys everyday activities with comfort and confidence.

Meet Kelly 

Hi, I'm Kelly, I am a trainer and certified canine fitness professional. I share my life with a beautiful 10 year old German Shepherd.  Watching him age had genttly shifted my focus toward supporting him stay healthy, strong and comfortable, so we can continue to enjoys every day together.  If you want to support your senior dog and help them move confidence and comfortable, come and join me in this fitness program- created for the senior family members who mean  everything to us.
